Ulcerative Colitis
This is a study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a
twice daily medication compared to a marketed medication for
ulcerative colitis.
Those who qualify for this trail should be at least 18 years
old who have had mild-to-moderate active flare sometime during
the four weeks preceding the screening visit and have taken
corticosteroids or immune-suppressing drugs within the last
30 days.

Asthma
This is a research study for adults and adolescents with
mild-to-moderate persistent asthma.
The purpose of this study is to obtain information about
a research drug by determining the dose that will best treat
asthma and to collect safety information on the medication.
Candidates may be included who are 12 or older and have had
a history of persistent bronchial asthma for at least six
months prior to screening.
The research sites are located across the United States.

Interstitial Cystitis
This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety
of an investigational oral medication to treat interstitial
cystitis/painful bladder syndrome.
Volunteers 18 or older who have had a diagnosis of painful
bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis with current symptoms
for at least 12 consecutive weeks may be eligible to participate.
However, patients with a diagnosis suggestive of chronic,
severe painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis with
symptoms for six years or more or with urge incontinence or
OAB will not be included in this trial.
